Term of Service
* Payment is made through paypal (USD)* For individual clients, I will ask for 50% payment upfront, then after the sketch is approved, I'll ask for the remaining payment.* NO REFUNDS once a payment has been made
I will give a refund if I couldn't finish it by the deadline/ maximum time I wrote below.* There is an additional charge for Commercial use :- Commercial: Streaming/ content use (thumbnail, sponsored post, promos) : +50%- Commercial: Merchandise (Digital merch, Physical Merch, Album cover) : +100% (2x normal price)* There is an additional charge 50% for work with a hard deadline (< 14 day)* Commission will take 3-5 week (maximum 70 day) after the payment has been made
- it can be faster or longer depending on difficulty/ complexity* DO NOT use non-commercial commission for commercial purposes in any form* DO NOT use the artwork for NFT and training AI/ putting the artwork into AI sites
